Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or take classes with ARABYPLUS LLC ("ARABYPLUS", "we", "us"). By booking a class, you agree to these terms.

• We provide live online classes in Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies, taught one-on-one or in shared classes on Zoom.
• We match each student with a suitable teacher. If a teacher becomes unavailable, we will offer another qualified teacher.

Each new student can take one free 30-minute trial class. No payment details are needed.

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars, at the prices shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are made through a secure Stripe payment link.
• Family and group discounts apply as described on our Pricing page.
• Family discounts depend on the number of family members enrolled. If a family member stops after payment, see the Family plans section of our Refund Policy.
• Discounts can't be combined. If more than one discount applies, you receive the larger one.
• Shared and group classes are at least 60 minutes, with a maximum of 4 students. Groups must already be formed by the students. ARABYPLUS does not match students into groups.
• For shared and group classes, we issue one monthly invoice for the whole group, paid by one person on behalf of all members. ARABYPLUS does not collect payments from each member separately and is not responsible for arrangements between group members.

• Classes are scheduled in your local time zone.
• If you tell us at least 12 hours before a class, we will reschedule it.
• Classes missed without notice are not rescheduled or refunded.
• If we or your teacher cancel a class, we will reschedule it or refund it.
• When clocks change in the US, UK, or Europe, we will confirm your class time with you.

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time before your next billing month starts, and you will not be charged for that month.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

• For students under 18, a parent or guardian books the classes, accepts these terms, and is responsible for the student during classes.
• Parents are welcome to attend any class. Please read our Safeguarding Policy.

We expect respectful behavior from students, parents, and teachers. We may suspend or end classes in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.

• Materials shared in class are for the student's personal learning only.
• Classes may not be recorded or shared without our permission and the teacher's agreement.

We work hard to provide excellent classes, but we provide our services "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.

We may update our services, prices, or these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they affect your next billing month.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the UK or EU, you keep any consumer rights that your local law gives you.
