• When you book a free trial: your name, WhatsApp number, email, who is learning, the subject you want, your teacher preference, and your time zone.
• When you contact us or apply to teach: the details you send in the form.
• During classes: scheduling details, attendance, and the student's progress notes and monthly reports.
• Payments: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical information: basic device and usage data, and, where you agree, cookies used for analytics and advertising measurement.

• To arrange and deliver your classes.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your classes.
• To prepare progress reports for students and parents.
• To handle billing and support.
• To improve our website and services.
• To measure our advertising, only where you have agreed to analytics or advertising cookies.
• We do not sell your personal information.

• Classes for children are booked and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• The child's information that a parent shares with us (such as first name, age, level, and progress) is used only to teach the child and report to the parent.
• If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

• Our teachers, only what they need to teach the student.
• Service providers that help us run our services, such as website hosting, email, video conferencing (Zoom), payments (Stripe), and analytics. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect a child's safety.

• We use essential cookies to make the website work.
• Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it, including in the UK and EU. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.

We operate from the United States and Egypt, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

• We keep student information while you are learning with us and for up to 24 months after your last class, unless the law requires longer.
• Trial requests that do not lead to enrollment are deleted within 12 months.

• Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to certain uses, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy of your data.
• Residents of the UK and EU have these rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. California residents have the right to know about and delete their personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
