Refund Policy

Your first 30-minute trial class is free. Nothing is charged.

If you are not happy after your first 2 paid classes, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the remaining classes of that month.

• You can cancel at any time before your next billing month starts, and you will not be charged for that month.
• Classes already paid for in the current month are not refunded, except as described in this policy, but you can continue to use them until the end of the month.

• If a family member stops their classes after payment, the remaining classes for that month are not refunded.
• Instead, those classes can be used by another family member, or shared among the family members equally or as needed.
• Remaining classes must be used within the same billing month. They don't carry over to the next month.
• From the next billing month, the family discount is updated to match the new number of students.

If we or your teacher cancel a class, we will reschedule it at a time that suits you. If we cannot find a suitable time, we will refund that class.

• If you tell us at least 12 hours before a class, we will reschedule it.
• Classes missed without notice are not rescheduled or refunded.

You can change your teacher at any time, free of charge.

The Ijazah program is priced individually after an assessment. Its refund terms are agreed in writing before the program starts.

Approved refunds are paid back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 10 business days.
